Processing Time

• All orders repacked and shipped within 2-3 business days 
• Pre-Orders? Check the product page for the expected shipping dates (we'll keep you in the loop)

Shipping Options

• UK Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• UK Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
• International Shipping: Speed varies depending on location (Usually 7-14 business days)

Tracking

• Every order comes with tracking. You'll get an email once your order is on the move

Customs & Duties 

• International orders may be subject to customs fees/taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility (Don't shoot the messenger)

Lost or Delayed Orders

• Once it leaves us, it's in the hands of the carrier - but if your order goes MIA, email us at ottaf@ottbox.co.uk and we'll help hunt it down.
