Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

• You've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you'd like to return
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability - we move fast, and so does our crew

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, bottles themselves are non-returnable
• Gift cards and sale items can't be returned

How to Return

1. Email us at ottaf@ottbox.co.uk with your order number + reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Once your item is back with us and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method 

Refunds

• Refunds usually hit within 5-10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Damaged or Faulty?

If something arrives damaged or Faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with pics, and we'll sort it ASAP!
